The Third Coast is a hot spot for food and drink festivals of all incarnations. It is my plan to chronicle some of the great festivals to be found in the region. I wasn't able to attend this year's South Beach Food & Wine Festival (SoBe) but I was able to find a video that will show you what makes it the World Series of Eating. The biggest stars of the Food Network converge on South Beach in Miami for the Burger Bash (hosted by Rachael Ray), the BubbleQ (hosted by Emeril Lagasse) and the Moon Over Miami party (hosted by Guy Fieri).
