ADDISON — A tasty weekend blend of food, music, and family fun, Taste Addison is North Texas’ most eagerly anticipated annual festival, with some of the world’s best bands and fantastic foods. The festival runs May 21-23 at Addison Circle Park and features food from more than 50 of Addison’s 170 restaurants offering generous samplings of their menus at special prices. It’s that three-day event that gets your senses going with so much to taste, hear, smell, and see – you’ll need a map with your menus (we got that too) to make sure you get a nibble of everything! No matter your taste, you will be satisfied at Taste Addison 2010!

Want a seat at the chef’s table? Stroll into the Addison Conference Centre for Taste Showcase as local chefs and special guest chefs demonstrate delicious recipes from favorite Addison restaurants.

Looking for something you can take home with you? You will find specialty food vendors with a wide variety of unique food products and arts/crafts vendors with hard-to-find and interesting items.

Wish Taste Addison could last more than three days? Well it does this year, when we introduce our first-ever, Taste: The Competition! Participating Addison restaurants will be cooking up special menu items to be featured at their restaurant, May 1-May 31. Celebrity foodie Ted Allen will be part of the panel that will select this year’s Grand Prize winner Let your voice be heard by voting for the People’s Choice. You can cast your vote for your favorite restaurant online or at the Information Booth at Taste Addison!
