Just thought I would share a couple of Emeril's tweets concerning the New Orleans Saints date with destiny in the Super Bowl. Apparently the whole town is buzzing with phrases like "team of destiny" and Legasse is caught up in the fray. Check out what he's doing for the NFC Championship game, the first time New Orleans has ever hosted one.

*Emeril's open @ 1:30pm (and all day long) for Saints Championship. Emeril's Delmonico open for lunch @ 1pm until 6pm.
*Lagasse’s Stadium will feature Saints vs. Vikings NFC Championship Game on 9x16 foot video wall & 103 hi-def screens.
*Chef Spencer will feature our dinner menu w/ brunch specials this Saints Sunday. Valet w/ us & take the streetcar to Poydras!
*Emeril's is sold out for Game Day lunch. May we suggest Emeril's Delmonico? Chef Spencer opens @ 1pm until 6pm.
*Delmonico Gameday! Free parking. Leave your car w/ us & Streetcar it to the Dome. Valet is here til 10pm.
